Meet our chef
Our skilful young chef and co-founder of Terroir Andre Borg, is driven by a passion for excellence. After completing his studies in Malta Andre ventured to London where he acquired valuable experience as a commis chef at multiple restaurants owned by the renowned Gordon Ramsey.
Terroir is situated in the heart of the old village of Attard, which lies between the medieval city of Mdina and the capital city Valletta. Our restaurant is housed in this antique building which reveals the skill and the style of the local stonemasons of the previous centuries.
